What it is
Pressed walnut oil with an omega-3 halo — sold as the heart-healthy nut oil, used cold.
Why your biology objects
The halo misleads: walnut oil is majority linoleic acid (~50–55%) with only ~10–14% ALA, so it's a high-omega-6 oil first and an omega-3 oil second. Highly oxidation-prone, cold-use only — don't treat it as safe just because it's a nut. (Whole walnuts, fats protected inside fibre, are a different food.)
