What it is
Refined plant pulp — the same base material as paper, food-grade edition. It bulks and prevents caking.
Why your biology objects
Inert, indigestible fiber that passes through largely untouched — far less concerning than the chemically-modified cellulose gums. Its job is cheap bulk and texture, letting the costlier real ingredients drop down the label.
