What it is
Cold-pressed hemp-seed oil, sold on its tidy 3:1 omega ratio and bottled dark and refrigerated for a reason.
Why your biology objects
The good ratio doesn't change the absolute load: at ~50–60% linoleic acid it's a high-PUFA oil that peroxidises into the same OXLAMs as any seed oil. That's why it's sold cold and never for the pan. A whole seed eaten intact protects these fats; pressed into oil, they're exposed.
